I’m studying Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. Outside class, I spend most of my time reading about Los Angeles properties, hotels, public companies, semiconductors, and consumer businesses that have an unusual way of making money.

I started this site because I wanted one organized place for that work. The articles include the calculations I made and the filings, reports, or public records I used, so readers can see how I reached a conclusion and check the original sources for themselves.
